We had a lovely stay! The hotel was spacious enough for our family with 2 little kids, and the breakfast was fantastic. We particularly enjoyed visiting the nearby Rosamond Gifford Zoo, which was a hit with the kids!

In my wife’s opinion, more pool towels would be great for families wanting to enjoy the pool together.

I had a great time with my friends during our stay! We explored the Rosamond Gifford Zoo and checked out the New York State Fairgrounds, both were such fun. The rooms were spacious and comfy, and the breakfast was decent too. Don't miss out on the nearby outlet shopping!

The room was pretty spacious, and the beds were comfortable, which was nice. However, it was dated and could use some cleaning, as there were crumbs in the drawer and some marks on the bed. The heating was tricky. it went from really cold to too warm quickly. No extra towels or toilet paper were available, and we had to ask for those. Also, we weren’t told about the housekeeping policy at check-in, which was frustrating.

The staff were friendly and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. However, I noticed some maintenance issues in the room, such as low water pressure in the sink and a non-draining tub, which could be improved.

We had a fantastic experience enjoying the comfortable king-size bed and the delicious free breakfast, which made our stay even better as we explored the beautiful Oneida Shores County Park less than 5 kilometers away and found delightful dining options just a short stroll away.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free internet access, laundry, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff kindly returned sim cards I accidentally left behind. Their helpfulness stands out, making each visit memorable. I can't wait to return for a romantic escape!

The Grand, Syracuse North offers an excellent stay for business travelers. The room was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to work efficiently.
